limit read permission in InfoPath form library

MOSS 2007 with Office 2003: I would like to use an Infopath form library for employees to fill in confidential information on an HR site. I want users to be able to open a new form and save their own response, but I do not want them to be able to read anyone else’s form (which would contain personal info). So I want the same effect as if it were a survey but limited to reading only one’s own response. How do I do it? In form libraries, they need “Contributor” permission to save a form, but there seems to be no way to keep them from reading other peoples info, either by opening the form, or viewing the promoted columns’ values in the form library.
